The Election Commission has launched a Joint Election Operations Center to immediately resolve any issues related to the upcoming parliamentary elections scheduled for February 21.

It is stated that all types of problems related to the election will be resolved immediately at the center established on the commission premises. The commission established the Joint Election Operation Center on Sunday itself. The center established on the commission premises was inaugurated by Acting Chief Election Commissioner Ram Prasad Bhandari.

He informed that if any problem arises in any constituency, the center will work to resolve it immediately. Acting Chief Election Commissioner Bhandari said that problems that cannot be resolved at the polling station will be resolved at the center.

The center, which will be led by the secretary of the commission, has an arrangement to have the joint secretary of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Nepal Army, Nepal Police, Armed Police Force and the National Investigation Department as members. It is stated that the center will collect necessary information, analyze it and take necessary decisions immediately.
