The Judicial Council has recommended 20 candidates who passed the District Judge examination for appointment.
Advocate Shishir Kumar Yadav, Deputy Registrar of the Supreme Court Shiva Prasad Acharya, Shrestedar of the Jajarkot District Court Tara Prasad Dangi, Deputy Secretary of the Judicial Council Secretariat Hiralal Bhusal, Deputy Secretary of the Koshi Provincial Assembly Secretariat Dilli Prasad Acharya, Deputy Attorney General of the Special Government Attorney's Office Gopal Bahadur Bhattarai, Deputy Secretary of the Judicial Council Secretariat Suman Pandey have been recommended for appointment as district judges.
Similarly, Deputy Registrar of the Supreme Court Thakur Prasad Bastakoti, Shrestedar of the Rupandehi District Court Bikash Basnet, Shrestedar of the Kavrepalanchok District Court Indira Karki, Deputy Attorney General of the Office of the Attorney General Baburam Bhattarai, Deputy Attorney General of the High Government Attorney's Office, Patan Tekraj Bhusal, and Bench Officer of the Supreme Court Gokul Pant have been recommended for appointment.
Similarly, Birendra Prakash Khadka, Registrar of the Biratnagar Dhankuta Bench of the High Court, Mahendra Prasad Paudyal, Registrar of the Surkhet Jumla Bench of the High Court, Vasudev Pandey, Deputy Registrar of the Supreme Court, Lalit Sapkota, Shrestedar of the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, and Khem Kumari Basnet, Deputy Secretary of the Judicial Council Secretariat, have been recommended as district judges.
Deputy Registrar of the Supreme Court, Karna Bahadur Rai, and Deputy Registrar of the Supreme Court, Hiramaya Awal, have also been recommended for appointment as district judges.
