The government is set to provide a grant to the Gen-G Martyrs' Family Welfare Society. The cabinet meeting held on Monday decided to provide a grant to the society to run welfare programs for the Gen-G Martyrs' families, informed Minister for Communications and Information Technology and government spokesperson Jagdish Kharel.

The meeting has decided to approve the labor agreement between the Government of Nepal and the Government of Israel. The meeting has also decided to approve the Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of Nepal and the Government of Oman.

The meeting has decided to approve the Order-2082 on the use of ethanol in petrol. The Council of Ministers has approved the Forest Third Amendment Regulation 2082.

The government has promoted Om Bahadur Khadka as the Additional Chief Investigation Director of the National Investigation Department. The Council of Ministers has promoted Ghanashyam Parajuli as the Deputy Auditor General of the Nepal Audit Service Grouping.

The meeting has also decided to nominate Kul Prasad Neupane as a member of the management committee that will handle the asset management and liability payment of troubled cooperatives.
