Rashtriya Swatantra Party leader Shishir Khanal has said that it is the responsibility of the government to conduct the election in a fear-free environment. The government is responsible for ensuring participation in a fearless environment and the security of leaders, parties and candidates,' he said.
Leader Khanal also said that the RSP supports the arrangement of inter-district elections. 'The Election Commission has told the Gen-G representatives that inter-district voting is practically possible. It has been said that political commitment is needed for this. If it is impossible due to political commitment alone, we are ready on behalf of the National Independent Party,' he said.
