Minister for Communications Jagdish Kharel, Chief Advisor to the Prime Minister Ajaybhadra Khanal, Public Relations Advisor Govinda Narayan Timilsina and Secretary Premdeep Limbu from the Civil Defence Campaign, Devi Prasad Sangraula and Prem Thapa Magar participated in the talks from the government side. Advocates Binod Mani Bhattarai and Lavan Neupane facilitated the talks.
