The Election Commission has granted permission to 31 organizations to observe the upcoming elections for members of the House of Representatives. The commission has granted permission to 27 national and 4 international organizations to observe the elections.

The Commission had invited applications from national and international organizations interested in observing the House of Representatives elections, 2082, on Kartik 11. The Commission has stated that applications have been received from 44 national and five international organizations. 

Among the organizations that applied for observation, it has been decided to grant permission to observe those organizations that have completed the grounds and procedures specified in the Election Observation Guidelines, 2079 BS, informed the Commission's Joint Secretary and Spokesperson Narayan Prasad Bhattarai. 

He said that organizations that have not submitted the required documents as per the Election Observation Guidelines have been sent letters to submit additional documents within five days. The Commission has clarified that a decision will be taken regarding the required organizations after receiving the requested documents.
