The newly appointed ambassadors to Nepal have presented their credentials to President Ram Chandra Poudel.

The President's Office said that they presented their credentials at separate special ceremonies held at the Presidential Palace on Thursday. Uzbekistan's Ambassador to Nepal Sardor Mirzayusupovich Rustambayev, Romania's Ambassador Sena Latif, Tajikistan's Ambassador Luqmor Bobokalonzoda, Iceland's Ambassador Benedikt Heoskuldsson, and Cuba's Ambassador Juan Carlos Marsan Aguilera presented their credentials. 

The ceremony was also attended by high-ranking officials of the Nepal government. The newly appointed ambassadors were taken on a buggy with a risalla from Lazimpat to the Presidential Palace.
