Sabin Gurung, 22, of Gorkha Siranchowk-8, who was serving his sentence at the Jagannath Dewal Central Prison, Sundhara, was arrested by the police after three months on Bhadra 24.
On Monday Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) spokesperson Senior Superintendent of Police Shiva Kumar Shrestha informed that he was arrested from Tarkeshwor-Manmaiju. According to him, he had been residing in this area recently.
The Kathmandu District Court had sentenced him to six years in prison on Bhadra 28, 2081. The arrested Gurung has been re-presented at the Central Prison Office, Sundhara.
