The special court has found Santosh Kumar Yadav, an engineer working at the Office of the Intensive Urban and Building Construction Project, Okhaldhunga, guilty in a corruption case. The bench of Justices Narayan Prasad Poudel, Hemanta Rawal and Bidur Koirala found him guilty.

Yadav had demanded a bribe from a service recipient to pay the running bill of an under-construction road in Khotang district. Based on information, the commission team arrested Yadav with the said amount from Lokanthali, Madhyapur Thimi Municipality-1, Bhaktapur.
A special corruption case was filed against him. The court found him guilty while delivering the verdict in the case.
