The government has urged those injured in the Gen-G protests who lost their identity cards to come forward.

The Ministry of Home Affairs issued a notice on Sunday requesting that those who missed out on getting their identity cards appear in person at the concerned District Administration Office and submit the necessary details to be processed. The ministry has also stated that 536 injured people have already obtained their identity cards.

It is also stated that the District Administration Office is currently classifying the injured and sending the details to the Ministry of Health. 

Meanwhile, Kathmandu Assistant Chief District Officer and Assistant Spokesperson Mukti Ram Rijal has informed that a total of 169 injured people have been classified by the office. Of these, 15 are very seriously injured, 51 are seriously injured, 36 are moderately injured, and 67 are lightly injured, he said.
