The Electricity Distribution System Underground and Strengthening Project has requested for power cuts in the area from 8 am to 12 noon today, according to the NEA's Baneshwor Distribution Center.
The NEA has stated that power supply will be suspended in the Mitrapark Pashupati College area, the sewage development project under the airport feeder, up to the airport army barracks, and from Chabahil Long-Term Hospital to Jayabageshwori via Pashupatinath Temple under the Battisputali feeder.
Similarly, the Electricity Distribution System Underground and Strengthening Project in front of Mitrapark under the new Chabahil Nayabasti feeder will suspend power supply from Chabahil Chowk and Gaurighat Chowk to the entire Nayabasti area from 7 am to 8 am.
The NEA has apologized for the inconvenience caused to the customers due to the lack of power supply. The NEA's notice states that power supply will be regular if the specified work is completed before the scheduled time.
