The Hydrology and Meteorology Forecasting Division has stated that the western part of the country is currently experiencing partial effects of a western low-pressure system.

This afternoon, it will be generally cloudy in the hilly parts of the country, including Bagmati, Gandaki, Lumbini and Sudurpaschim Provinces, and partly cloudy in the rest of the country. According to the division, there will be light to moderate rain and snowfall in some places in the hilly and mountainous parts of Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali and Sudurpaschim Provinces.

Similarly, tonight, it will be generally cloudy in the hilly parts of the country, and the weather will be clear in the rest of the country. There is a possibility of light rain and snowfall in some places in the hilly and mountainous parts of Bagmati, Gandaki, Karnali and Sudurpaschim Provinces.
