There is a possibility of light rain in some places in Bagmati, Gandaki and Lumbini provinces, a few places in Koshi and Madhesh, and one or two places in Karnali province this afternoon.

The Meteorological Forecasting Division has stated that there is a possibility of moderate snowfall at a few places in the high hilly and mountainous areas of Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces and light snowfall at one or two places in the high hilly and mountainous areas of Karnali province.

Nepal is currently under the influence of the westerly winds and a low pressure system formed in the Arabian Sea.

Tonight, it will be generally cloudy in Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces, while it will be partly cloudy in the rest of the provinces. According to the division, there is a possibility of light rain/snowfall at a few places in the hilly and mountainous areas of Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces.
