Chief Justice Prakash Man Singh Raut has scheduled all the registered writ petitions to be filed in the Constitutional Bench. In the first hearing, the Supreme Court will issue a show cause order with all the parties and call them for discussion. In all the writ petitions, the President's Office, Sheetal Niwas, Speaker Devraj Ghimire, Prime Minister Sushila Karki, the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers, and Parliament have been made respondents.
