Congress Chairman Sher Bahadur Deuba has said that the country can be returned to the full constitutional path only through elections. In today's central working committee meeting, Deuba has given a 13-page written statement and requested the government to create a safe and fear-free environment for the elections to be held on the specified date.

The government has set the date for the election of the House of Representatives on February 21. However, the environment of free, fair and fearless elections has not been created. There is no guarantee of peace and security as a prerequisite for elections. The security agencies have lost morale and become harmless. Therefore, peace and security for the election It is the government's responsibility to make sure that the situation is normalized and that the elections are held in a peaceful, fair and fearless environment and that everyone participates in spontaneous elections," said Deuba. "Let the government pay attention to this. If the government can create the environment for the elections, the basis for returning the country to the constitutional path  We believe that there is an election.

Deuba has said that it is necessary for the Congress to make itself united and well-organized and communicate and cooperate with other political parties that believe in the democratic system. The Constitution of Nepal, which was created by the Nepalese people through the Constituent Assembly, is at risk. The House of Representatives, the supreme body elected by the people, has been dissolved in an unconstitutional and undemocratic manner. The government has not created an atmosphere of meaningful dialogue with the political parties that are considered to be the carriers of the multi-party democratic system. Deuba's written statement said, "In this situation, the Congress needs to communicate with other political parties and discuss the upcoming plan. When there is a crisis in the country, let's move forward towards making all political parties unanimous, taking into account the past history of Nepali Congress giving solutions to it.'
