Courts across the country, including the Supreme Court, are opening from Tuesday after the Dasain holiday. The courts, which have been closed since the day of Ghatasthapana, are going to open from the next day of Kojagrat Purnima.

The court has made it clear that until another notice is published and regular service is resumed from August 23, the date of the parties to the case will not be maintained and the time limit will not be passed.
