The Water and Meteorology Department has reported that the water level has crossed the danger level in five water measuring stations across the country due to heavy rains to very heavy rains in most parts of the country. In other four water measuring stations in the east, the water level has crossed the alert level, according to the department.

According to the statistics of the department, the water level has crossed the danger level and reached 11.23 meters as of 12:30 noon today, according to the information given by the Arun river water measuring center at Dhankuta. The water level of 11 meters in the center is considered as a danger level.

Similarly, the water level has reached 11.47 meters while there is a 10-meter danger level at the Tamor river measuring center in Triveni, Dhankuta. The water level of Saptakosi Chatra in Sunsari has reached 7.13 meters. The danger level of the station is seven meters.

Similarly, the water level has reached 81.88 meters at the water measuring station of Sunsari river. The water level of 81.8 meters in the center is considered as a danger level. The water level has reached 5.61 meters at the Kankai river water measuring station at Mainachuli in Ilam. The danger level of the center's water level is 4.3 meters.
