Leaders, workers and other monarchist groups of the Rashtriya Prajatantra Party (RPPA), who were called as the former king, did not consider Gyanendra Shah to be healthy. In the meantime, some people started saying that the former king Gyanendra Shah should also be held responsible for the royalist demonstration.

While the police were investigating the violent demonstration in Tinkune, the details of celebrating the 79th birthday of Gyanendra Shah by addressing Gyanendra Shah as 'Sri 5 Maharajdhiraj' again on June 13th in the name of Samvad Secretariat were made public . UML MP Thakur Gayre also objected to the statement of former King Shah in the Parliament meeting. He said that dialogue secretary Pathak and Gyanendra Shah should be prosecuted for making a mockery of the rule of law. Then the police called Pathak to the police office.
