After the formation of the government, Prime Minister Karki addressed the nation for the first time from the Singha Darbar on Thursday. Before his address, the first meeting of the expanded Council of Ministers was held at Singha Darbar. He said that the government is determined to complete the election of the House of Representatives in a clean, fair, free and fearless manner on the scheduled date of February 21.
