Public sector employees, including civil servants, have prepared for a large gathering because of the increase in corruption and irregularities in the country due to political and administrative leadership.

The employees working inside the Singh Darbar have put forward a proposal that the leadership of the civil service, including the Chief Secretary, should step down even if the political leadership leaves power according to the spirit of the Gen-G movement.

They issued a public statement and said that they will immediately hold a large gathering of public service employees and warn them. They have put forward the demand that the Chief Secretary, Home Secretary, Secretary General of the Parliament Secretariat, Registrar of the Supreme Court should be sacked for leading the public administration to distortions and anomalies. It is believed that the current situation has arisen due to the inefficiency, indolence, short-sightedness and irresponsibility of the political and administrative leadership  The staff has done . They have demanded that the trade union in the civil service should be abolished . It is mentioned in the statement issued by the campaign that since the current administrative leadership is a successor of the old political leadership, good governance will not be possible from them.

A deputy secretary of the Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration said that since the administrative leadership is also responsible for the corruption, a gathering of employees across the country has been prepared. Named Public Administration Transformation Campaign 2080, by issuing a 6-point statement on Monday, it has been mentioned that there has been an increase in distortions in the transfer, promotion, and career system of employees due to trade unions. In the statement, which was made public without naming any person or organization, it is mentioned that the civil service has not been promulgated for 10 years after the promulgation of the Constitution.

Civil servants, security personnel, etc. are requested to raise the morale of all national service employees and to create a safe working environment to make public service delivery agile, efficient and effective.

According to the official of the federal ministry, the employees of the civil service from the buyer to the joint secretary are involved in this campaign . Preparations have been made to gather a large number of employees from all over the country in Kathmandu to warn for the dismissal of the administrative leadership and the correction of distortions. At the beginning, some employees sat inside the Singh Darbar and discussed, and thousands of employees pledged to help in the campaign, said a deputy secretary. Although the Gen-G movement expects improvement in all areas across Maluku, they believe that there is no possibility of improvement in the attitude of the employees.

The campaigner has informed that the demand to end the trend of using the resources of the country as property of limited people under administrative and political guise, doing financial manipulation in transfer and going around the lion palace without working and getting paid will be raised strongly. An employee said that after organizing the meeting and appointing a coordinator, they will proceed.
