Former Supreme Court judge Anil Kumar has taken oath as Minister of Sinha Lands, Cooperatives, Industries and Law. Sinha, who was once a famous corporate lawyer and retired as a permanent judge of the Supreme Court, has been given the responsibility of three ministries.

Prime Minister Sushila Karki of the interim government has chosen the second judge and the third lawyer as her companions. Sinha, who was unwavering in his integrity when he became a legal practitioner and a judge of the Supreme Court, will now be tested as a minister. 

Sinha, who was appointed as a judge of the Supreme Court on 17th July 2073, was active in constitutional disputes, criminal and commercial cases during his stay in the Supreme Court for about 7 years.

The bench in which he was involved had resolved the dispute regarding the competence of Lokmansingh Karki, the then head of the Abuse of Authority Investigation Commission, the first dissolution of the House of Representatives, and the dispute regarding the detention of the Tax Exemption Commission . Moreover, many of his interpretations are in the form of examples. Apart from delivering justice, he was active in making the Supreme Court information technology friendly.

Former Supreme Court Judge Sinha is the son of Senior Advocate Sushil Kumar Sinha. Nepal's first senior advocate Devnath Prasad Burma is Sinha's grandfather. 

Anil's grandfather drafted the Legal Practitioners Act. Then he  The Fool Court of the Supreme Court directly granted the license to the senior advocate. In Sinha's house, there was only talk of law . That's why he also became a judge by creating an image of a great lawyer. 

Anil got the opportunity to learn a lot about tax issues, contracts and agreements from his father and enjoyed it . He had no desire for law at the school level. He wanted to become a civil engineer . He wanted to study science for that . He Amrit Science Campus  Also enrolled. Government college of Panchayat period, fierce politics on top of that, he could not stay away from it . One day when he was giving an exam, some policemen came and arrested him in the college. He was mistakenly arrested in the place of a person named Anil Kumar Singh and that incident made him panic. Not only did he fail the exam, he also dropped out of college. From this point, he gave up his dream of becoming a civil engineer and became a law student. He thought that he would be left behind when his friends studying science advanced and started working hard by enrolling in law. 

Graduated from Nepal Law Campus in 2039. Then advocated continuously until 2073. He then spent 7 years and 3 months as a judge of the Supreme Court. He followed his father's footsteps in the legal profession and practiced corporate and tax law. After the Ali name began to spread, he opened Sinha Burma Law Firm in New Road . He fought more than 10,000 cases during this period. Having won many cases related to tax, he sometimes had to suffer a bitter defeat.  In the beginning, he was very afraid of losing the case . If he lost a case, he would disappear for 15 days . He didn't go to the debate . At that time, his father scolded him and reminded him that after the debate, don't try to stand there and listen to what happened. Never take Harjit personally . I have also lost a hundred and won one. Don't be disappointed if you lose two or four cases . 

However, there are three or four issues in life that he could not sleep for three or four times after losing. While active in the legal profession, he  He was so carefree that he did not look back . Worked for 18 hours a day. In this process, he used to travel up to 60 km a day. He enjoys traveling and playing golf. If it was not possible to reach Kakani, Dhulikhel, Nagarkot with friends on Saturdays, he would be found playing golf at Gokarna Resort. 

Before there was no computer system, one had to type with a typewriter. According to Anil, Satish Kharel was the first lawyer to buy a computer (around 044/45). Within a few days, he invested 72 thousand rupees and bought a computer. This amount was his savings for 9 years . At that time, land was cheap, in Bhainsepati, he even went to look at a plantation land for 45 thousand rupees, but he came back saying that he needed a computer, not land. Some even said yes.
