Two Nepali citizens who were detained at the border of Ukraine have been rescued. According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Jaiprakash Sah from Rautahat and Sandesh KC from Baglung were rescued and returned to Nepal this afternoon with the coordination and initiative of the Nepali Embassy in Berlin.

The ministry has mentioned that violating or disobeying or neglecting the laws of the respective country will lead to arrest and long imprisonment and may even put life at risk, and urges them to fully comply with the immigration and other laws of the respective countries when traveling abroad. Also, the ministry has stated that the process of rescuing those arrested in this way will not be easy and has requested everyone to be aware of various types of temptation and deception and not to be involved in any such activities.
