District Administration Office Kathmandu has issued a curfew order within the ring road area to be implemented from 8:30 am today. Chief District Officer of Kathmandu Chabilal Rizal has said that a curfew order has been issued in the ring road area until further orders are issued. According to the administration, a curfew has been imposed on the entire area of the ring road from Balkumari Bridge to Koteshwar Chowk, Sinamanal, Gaushala, Chabahil, Narayangopal Chowk, Gongbu, Balaju, Swayambhu, Kalanki, Balkhu to Bagmati River Bridge.
District Administration Office Lalitpur has issued an order to enforce curfew from 9 am to 9 pm on Tuesday. Ward no. 4, 18 and 25 under Bhainsepati area, the road from Bhainse to Bungmati in the east, CG Housing and Chobhar-Galchi road in the west, Vishnudevi temple below the Gayatri petrol pump in Ekantakuna in the north and the downhill area going to Itni in the south will be curfew. Similarly, curfew has been issued in the area around Indrayani Marg in Ward No. 2 Sanepa, on the paved road from Sanepa Chowk to Indrayani Mandir in the east, Bagmati Corridor road from Balkhu Bridge to Manmohan Park on the west, within the service lane of the circular road on the north (from Balkhu Bridge to Sanepa Chowk), and on the paved road from Indrayani Mandir to Bagmati Corridor on the south. Ward no. A curfew order has been issued under the Chasal area of 9 on the road leading to Manohara river corridor in the east, Chasal playground in the west, Manohara river in the north and Mal Pokhari in the south.
