A network of human rights activists, the 'Accountability Monitoring Committee' has strongly condemned the indiscriminate use of deadly force by the police in the demonstration. The committee has requested an independent investigation of the incident and an immediate response to the demands of Gen-G. The committee issued a statement saying that more than a dozen protesters died due to excessive, indiscriminate and disproportionate use of lethal force by the police during the Gen-G demonstration against corruption and the ban on social media. The Supreme Court Bar Association has protested the police intervention in Jen-G's protest. Bar Secretary Raman Kumar Karna issued a statement stating that the incident has exposed the autocratic image of the state administration and said that such type of autocracy is not acceptable. The Association stated that the brutal and barbaric suppression of the Jen-G protest has deprived the citizens of their sovereignty from the state power.

The repressive policies and actions of the government have been condemned. The government has been requested to be restrained, dignified and responsible so that the situation does not become more unfavorable.

Similarly, digital rights activists have said that the government should take responsibility for the human losses caused by the Gen-G movement. "We demand the immediate resignation of the Prime Minister, Home Minister and Communications Minister, taking responsibility for the incident," the statement said.

"It is necessary to punish those responsible for such cruelty," said the statement issued by the society.
