Assistant Chief District Officer Muktiram Rizal informed that the curfew was issued after the situation became tense during the demonstration of Gen-G generation who protested against corruption and social media ban.
According to him, a curfew has been issued for Maitighar, Baneshwar, Tinkune and Shankhamul around 10 pm.
