Nepal Communist Party (UML) Party Chairman and Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has said that China has objected to the agreement between China and India to make Nepali land Lipulek a trade route.

During his visit to China from August 14 to 18, Oli said that he disagreed with Chinese President Xi Jinping.

President Oli, while giving his opening speech at the party's second legislative convention, which started on Friday at the Sunrise Assembly Hall in Lalitpur, said that he has been keeping clear with India about this.

Prime Minister Oli has also made it clear that there is no support for China's Global Security Initiative (GSI).
