On July 21, the body of a Nepali woman among those who went missing in a flood and landslide in Bakuda, Paudi Garhwal, Uttarakhand, India, has been found. Narendra Khadka, his wife Sandhya and their 22-month-old son Roman, who went to work in Paudi Garhwal of Uttarakhand, India, from the same family of Madhuvan municipality-6, village number 4, disappeared due to a landslide. Last July 24, only Narendra's hand was found. His relatives have cremated the bodies of the three including Narendra.

Paudel said that the body was taken to Ranikhet for post-mortem. After the post-mortem, cremation will be done according to Hindu traditions. There is nothing but bones in the body found. He said that the body was identified by the hand ring. Sandhya's father-in-law Chudamani told Chitra to do the cremation there as he cannot be cremated twice. Counselor SSP Prakash Malla of the Nepali Embassy said that the Indian police informed that Sandhya's body was found. SSP Malla said that the police have raised the bond of the deceased.
