The council has recommended four people, one government lawyer and one legal service officer to the district judge. The Judicial Council meeting presided over by Chief Justice Prakashman Singh Raut appointed District Attorney Gokul Bahadur Niraula to Kailali, Sub-Registrar Arun Kumar Koirala to Dadeldhura, Srestedar Kul Prasad Dahal to Calikot, Bench Officer Surya Prasad Bhandari to Kanchanpur, Sub-Registrar Anupama Pant to Dhanusha and Deputy Secretary Vishwadeep Vesra to Rautahat District Court. Has also been appointed .
In the constitution, in the case of District Judge, 20 percent of the vacancies are recommended, 40 percent of the employees come through open competition, and 40 percent of the employees or advocates who have at least 8 years of experience are appointed based on open competition. Apart from this, in Section 5 of the Judicial Council Act-2073, it is said that seniority, experience, conduct, reputation etc. should be considered as the basis of recommendation according to the principle of proportional inclusion under the constitution.
