As the written answer has not been registered so far and it seems that the final decision should be made before issuing the interim order, the Supreme Court has set a date and sent it for the hearing of the judgment.

Prime Minister's Vote of Confidence Controversy: Sent to Full Hearing

The Supreme Court has sent the case regarding the vote of confidence of Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli for full hearing. On Tuesday, the bench of Justice Til Prasad Shrestha and Shrikant Paudel ordered to submit the written answer for the final hearing as soon as it was submitted.

As the written answer has not been registered so far and it seems that the final decision should be made before issuing the interim order, the Supreme Court has set a date and sent it for the hearing of the judgment. Earlier, Sunil Kumar Pokharel's bench ordered to show cause and demanded a written reply. In the second hearing, the bench of judges Mahesh Sharma Paudel and Nripadhwaj Niraula called for three files and fixed the hearing for today.

The bench had ordered the Civil Liberation Party to hand over the letter sent to the Parliament Secretariat stating that it had withdrawn its support from the government and the letter of its support again. Similarly, the court ordered to withdraw the official resignation letter of minister Arun Kumar Choudhary, who participated in the government from the Civil Liberation Party. Earlier, the bench of Judge Pokharel raised four questions and asked for a written answer.
