The Judicial Council meeting on July 30 has appointed four judges to the special court to hear the corruption case.
The government has appointed the chairman and members of the special court. The Council of Ministers sitting in Baluwatar on Friday morning in consultation with the Judicial Council has appointed High Court Judge Sudarshandev Bhatt as the Chairman.
Similarly, the High Court has appointed Narayan Prasad Poudel, Judge of Birgunj Bench of Janakpur, Judge Hemant Rawal of High Court Surkhet, Judge Dilliratna Shrestha of Jumla Bench and Judge Umesh Koirala of Birgunj Bench.
The judicial council meeting held on 30th of July gave the advice.
Special courts hear cases specifically related to corruption.
