The Pashupati Area Development Fund has said that all preparations for Pashupatinath darshan have been completed during Haritalika (Teez) festival. The Pashupatinath Area Development Fund has informed that the necessary security, voluntary service, sandalwood offering, management and improvement of the darshan path, emergency health care, entertaining songs, music, bhajan kirtan, Diwali, Vratalu and the arrangement of places for cow donation on the occasion of Teej have been completed.

Four demands have been made to enter the temple from outside the Pashupati area. The first route is Gaurighat-Umakunda-Dakshinamurthy-Rudragadeshwar-Vasuki, entering the temple premises from the north door, exiting from the west main door and returning through the Kailash South Juttachapal chamber.

The second route is Mitrapark-Jayawageshwari-Pachaganesh-Bhimsensthan-Bhuvaneshwari-Shankaracharya Math South via Falame Bridge, entering the temple courtyard through the west small door, exiting through the west main door and returning through Shankaracharya Math South Juttachappal room.

Similarly, the third demand has been arranged for the line from Pingalasthan-Charshiwalaya-Panchadeval-Bajraghar-South Door to enter the temple premises through the small door next to Kotilingeshwar Temple and exit through the South Door and return through the shoe-slipper room temporarily constructed before Panchadeval. 

The 4th route Tilganga-Ram Temple passes through Bagmati River east bank, crosses the bridge near Aryaghat, enters through the east gate of Sri Pashupatinath Temple, exits through the east gate and returns from the temporary footwear room next to the bridge near Aryaghat. Inside the original temple, eight queues have been arranged, said Subhash Chandra Joshi, acting member secretary of the fund. From 3 o'clock in the morning so that the pilgrims can return quickly after seeing  He said arrangements have been made to open all the four doors of the temple. 

Arrangements have been made so that during the Shree Yantra Pooja held in the temple of Sri Pashupatinath, the lattice can be seen from outside. For the convenience of pilgrims and other devotees, distribution arrangements have been made at Sanosadavarta Sattal, Panchadeval Purvadakshin, Umakunda, Dakshinamurthy, Tilganga, Vankali, Gaushala, Jayavageshwari outside the Chandan west door of the temple while returning from the Pashupatinath temple premises.

 Anita Bhatt, information officer of the fund, said that tourists from third countries who have paid the tourist entrance fee will be allowed to visit the fair area (except the temple premises). She informed that arrangements have been made in the right and left areas of the Bhakuntol-Vankali road for religious activities to be performed by the devotees using Brahmins such as Gaudan and Purnapatro.

The fund has requested the devotees not to visit Pashupatinath wearing precious jewelery and taking small children with them. Arrangements have been made for the daily darshan of Lord Sri Pashupatinath to enter through any of the four doors mentioned above only till 5:30 am.

As in previous years, security arrangements have been made for Teej this year in coordination with the Nepal Police as well as the Armed Police Force of Nepal. According to the requirement of the Nepali Army  The fund said that support will be taken. In addition, adequate monitoring arrangements have been made in the fair area by the National Research Department.

In order to prevent pickpocketing and irregular activities in the fair area, plainclothes police have been deployed two days before the festival to arrest people suspected of such activities. In addition to this, arrangements such as volunteer mobilization, health camps, sanitation etc. have been done efficiently, according to the fund.
