A corruption case has been filed against Sachindra Kumar Yadav, director of the tourism department. The Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority on Thursday filed a corruption case against the director of the department, CDE Yadav, in a special court on the charge of acquiring illegal wealth.
A demand of Rs 96 lakh 85 thousand 553 has been established against Yadav, imprisonment and fine, and the confiscation of any property increased/increased from undisclosed assets.
Yadav, who joined the service on June 24, 2066, was placed under the scope of investigation till July 29, 2079. During the investigation period, as assets equal to 268 million 18 thousand 900 rupees were found, the total expenditure of this period and the investment made in various sectors were found to be 365 million 4453 rupees.
