Ever since Deepak Aryal was appointed as the Vice Chancellor of Tribhuvan University, the All-Revolutionaries close to the Maoists have been obstructing the officials.

The Revolutionary Tertiary District Committee along with Aryal, Rector Khadg KC and Registrar Kedar Rizal have obstructed the office premises .

An employee said that the activists of the revolutionaries vandalized and damaged the office of the rector and the registrar on Monday. The revolutionaries have been protesting at the Vice-Chancellor's office for 20 days, demanding to reduce the fees of the 4 departments that have been adjusted to the central department. Vice-Chancellor Aryal stopped coming to the office after protesting at the door of the office. The employee said that the students sitting on the dharna vandalized the rector and registrar's office and broke the windows.

Eyewitnesses said that there was a clash between the students and the police who had returned from vandalism. Central President Vijay Prakash Sapkota said that Terti District Incharge Mamata Joshi and Sushil Nepali were injured in the police intervention. Although the police arrested the person involved in the vandalism, the revolutionary said that he left on Monday evening. The revolutionaries issued a statement and said that they have been conducting a peaceful protest demanding that the fees of the adjusted departments should be reduced according to the standards of the central department. Sapkota said that the repression was done by mobilizing the police without taking initiative to meet the demands through dialogue and dialogue. 

The revolutionary has put forward a demand to adjust the fees of the Central Department of International Relations and Diplomacy, Conflict-Peace and Development Studies, Sociology and Gender. Although these subjects are conducted as independent programs, the department was formed from last year's budget and programs. Even though the university formed a committee under the coordination of Pashupati Adhikari, the head of the student welfare directorate, to negotiate with the revolutionaries, no agreement was reached. Shivraj Bhatt, Executive President of Krantikari Trivika, said that when the police used force, the office was damaged and not vandalized. Although there was a sit-in at the Vice-Chancellor's office, the Rector's and Registrar's offices were vandalized. Experts say that despite the educational demand, the revolutionaries internally want a share in the office bearers. Interest groups have been pressuring the Maoist center to get one of the posts of rector and registrar.

Organizations close to the party, including the revolutionaries, have increased pressure saying that they should get the soon-to-be-vacated exam controller, law faculty dean, monitoring and international directorate .
