A total of 2,675 disaster incidents have occurred since last May till this 24th of July. Four thousand 725 households have been affected by that incident. 117 people died and 564 people were injured in the disaster.
According to the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Authority, 16 people lost their lives and 21 people went missing in 198 flood-related incidents during that period. One thousand 313 households have been affected by the flood.
According to the details of the authority, a total of 281 incidents of landslides have occurred. 13 people died and 17 people were injured. Similarly, 174 due to heavy rains, 244 due to lightning, 74 due to snake bites, 1,066 due to fire, 1,58 due to forest fires, 2,76 due to storms, 1,53 due to animal attacks, due to lake 41, there have been five earthquakes. 4,725 households have been affected due to the disaster. As a result, 22 people have gone missing.
Similarly, 35 disaster incidents have occurred till 24th of July alone. Among them, 13 landslides, 4 fires, 1 flood, 5 incessant rains, 1 lightning, 2 lakes and 1 attack by animals. The incident has happened. Six people were injured in that incident.
