He also said that the process of revision has been started after reviewing the procurement act and policies and laws related to construction. Mentioning that the government is focusing on the development of individual and institutional capacity, he claimed that efforts are being made to transform Nepal from a land-locked country to a land-linked country.
Prime Minister Oli said, 'Purchase Act and policies and laws related to construction are being studied and revised. Emphasis is placed on personal and institutional capacity development.
