Secretary's complaint: If the process is completed, the result will not come, if the result is tried, the process cannot be completed

The government employees emphasized that the law itself should be changed as the government process is very complicated. The secretaries of various ministries who attended the Public Accounts Committee of the Parliament on Monday complained that government work is process-oriented rather than result-oriented.

Secretary of the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Security Dr. Krishnahari Pushkar said that the government process is an obstacle to get good results. He said that the trend of giving one instruction when one person is a minister and doing something else after reaching the parliamentary committee has also caused problems.

He said that the auditor general's office has a tendency to point out wrongdoing but not to facilitate it. He emphasized on the need to make it easier for people to fly.

He said, 'If good results are to be brought, the process cannot be completed. If the process is to be completed, the result will not come. Is the process greater or the result?'

Secretary Pushkar suggested that the beruju should be placed in different categories, the period of keeping the beruju should be fixed and the state should create a mechanism to control the person who is beruju no matter what agency or level he reaches.

He mentioned that more than 90 percent of the Ministry of Labor is unemployed and 44.63 percent are unemployed under the Ministry as a whole.
