Five Nepali citizens who were in jail in Iran due to various reasons have returned home.

After the court ordered the release of Nepali citizens in prison, the unpaid consul of Nepal in Tehran  And the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that they were brought back to the country with the help of the International Migration Organization.

Earlier, nine Nepali citizens were rescued from Iran and brought back home in three lots on different dates by the Indian Airline Service which went to rescue Indian citizens at the request of the Indian government.
