Democratic Samajwadi Party (LOSP) Nepal President Mahanth Thakur has accused the Madhesh movement's agitators of suffering by being trapped in a false case by the state.

He has asked Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli to withdraw the false case against the four leaders of Mahottari, who are involved in the Madhesh movement, saying that the political change movements in the country have been achieved.

Speaking to Prime Minister Oli, who participated in the ceremony organized after the inauguration of the Bighi bridge and maternity home in Matihani, Mahottari, LOSPA President Thakur said that the Madhesh protestors were sentenced to life imprisonment and some of them were locked up in jail, so the government should withdraw the false case against them.

Mentioning that under the leadership of the Oli government, the case of the agitator of the Madhesh movement, who was imprisoned for 3 years and fined Rs.

President Thakur asked LOSPA state MP Abhiram Sharma, former mayor of Jaleshwar Municipality Ramshankar Mishra,  LOSPA leaders Suresh Pandey, Dharmendra Raut claimed that they were framed in a false case and said that their case should be withdrawn. 

President Thakur has alleged that even when the crowd caused incidents during the Madhesh movement, the state has hunted down the protestors.
