Two teenage girls who were camping in Madhyapur Thimi Municipality-9 Sintitar were found dead this morning.

17-year-old Menuka Kandel and 15-year-old Srijan Kandel of Surkhet Panchapuri Municipality-8, who were camping on the ground floor of the two-storey house of local Niraj Chakradhar, were found dead in the 'passage' of the same house. Deputy Superintendent of Police Navraj Dhungana said that Menuka and Prashan are sisters.

According to the landlord, the girl had come to live in the dera only two weeks ago. According to the police, it has come to light that the deceased sister ran away from home. Dhungana said that since the relatives of the deceased could not be contacted, the site of the incident will be cordoned off after their arrival.
