Today, the effect of Monsoon air is weak across the country. The Monsoon low pressure line is located to the south of Sardar and there is little chance of rain today, according to the Water and Weather Forecasting Division.

According to the division, today Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki,  It will be generally cloudy in Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces and partial cloudy in the rest of the provinces.

There is a possibility of light to moderate rain with thunder/lightning at some places in the hilly areas of Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces and few places in the rest of the country.

Similarly, tonight, the department said that it will be generally cloudy in the hilly areas of the country including Koshi, Madhes and Bagmati provinces, while the remaining areas will be partly cloudy. According to the bulletin published by the division, there is a possibility of light to moderate rain with thunder/lightning in some places of Koshi, Madhes and Bagmati provinces and few places in the rest of the provinces.
