At present, the influence of Monsoon air across the country, Monsoon low pressure line is located around Sardar place.  According to the Water and Weather Forecast Division, it will be partly to mostly cloudy across the country this afternoon.

There is a possibility of light to moderate rain with thunder and lightning at some places in hilly areas of the country including Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki and some other parts. Heavy rain is also forecast at one or two places in Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces.

Similarly, tonight will be partly to mostly cloudy across the country. There is a possibility of light to moderate rain with thunder and lightning at some places in hilly areas of the country including Koshi, Madhes, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces and some places in other parts. There is also a possibility of heavy rain at one or two places in Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces.
