Chairman of the Maoist Center Pushpa Kamal Dahal has said that to achieve the goal of economic prosperity in the country, it is necessary to improve the way of thinking of the state as a whole.

He said this in a meeting with the newly elected officials of the Nepal Industry Federation today at his private residence, Khumaltar. During that, President Dahal mentioned that the contribution of the private sector in the economic development of the country is important.

He pointed out the need for policy reforms to change the 'mindset' of the state and allow the private sector to work in a comfortable environment, according to Dahal's secretariat."The goal of prosperity cannot be achieved without preparing a policy and structure to facilitate the private sector," President Dahal said, "it is necessary for the state to develop an attitude of facilitation."

Association officials also recalled the role played by the private sector for the country's economic prosperity and the strong cooperation environment that took place when Prachanda was the Prime Minister.
