6 different highways of the country have been completely blocked due to floods and landslides after the incessant rains that have lashed the country.

According to the police head office, the Koshi highway at Sankhuwasabha, the Mechi highway at Panchthar and the Tamor-Corridor road section are completely blocked. Similarly, Kaligandaki Corridor of Nawalparasi East, Sahid Highway of Rolpa and Jajarkot Dolpa Bheri Corridor road section of Rukum West have been completely blocked.

Similarly, the road section from Tokha in Kathmandu to Nuwakot, Kaligandaki Corridor in Baglung Municipality, Madhyapahari Lokmarg in Galkot in Baglung, Kaligandaki Corridor in the east of Nawalparasi, Shaheed Highway in Pariwartan Rural Municipality of Rolpa has been informed by the police headquarters.
