The BP highway, which was blocked due to rains, has come into operation. District Traffic Police Office Kavre has informed that various road sections of BP highway have been blocked due to rain on Monday night.
According to Sunil Dhanju, Chief Police Inspector of District Traffic Police Office, Kavre, the road was blocked under the highway at Mamti, Ward No. 9 Pinthali and Viruwadanda in Roshi Rural Municipality-11.
He said that the blocked road was opened in both directions with the cooperation of traffic police, Nepal police and road department. According to him, the road was removed and reopened at 8:35 am on Tuesday. The traffic police has requested the passengers to travel only after understanding the road conditions.
