The leader Shekhar Koirala group has become irritated with the establishment party by objecting to the decision to expel old Congress leaders and workers from the party in the name of discipline.

The party's central disciplinary committee has shown favoritism and taken action against the leaders and workers of their group, and the rest of the organization has been outraged. The leader of the other party, Koirala, met the chairman Sher Bahadur Deuba and objected to the action of the disciplinary committee, and his group also held a protest meeting in the capital on Monday.

Koirala and some senior leaders did not participate in the meeting organized by second level leaders of other parties . In the meeting held in the presence of most of the leaders and activists who were expelled from the party, the youth leader of the other party said that the 'stick' of discipline was used by the leadership for the political security of the new entrants. They have also warned that they will hold a country-wide pressure program against this .

The disciplinary committee led by central member Anand Dhungana announced the decision to expel 18 people and suspend and warn 5 people through a statement on June 15. Those expelled from the party include ex-ministers, ex-members of parliament, ex-district chairpersons and most of them are leaders of other parties.

Disciplinary Committee decided to expel Tulsi Subba, General Committee Member of Tehrathum, former Minister of Kaski Kumar Khadka, State General Minister of Lumbini Vikram Khanal, Chairman of Khotang Bishnu Kumar Rai, Regional Chairman of Parsa Arvind Kumar Gupta for 1 year and Anand Yadav of Dhanusha for 6 months. Similarly, it has been decided to suspend Khatru Yadav, Rambabu Yadav, Fulgen Yadav, Bhavna Shrestha of Kaski, Bhim Bahadur Shah of Kailali, Purnakumar Kunwar, Anandraj Joshi, Ravindra Pratap Singh, Lekhraj Ojha, Subhash Chand, Bablukumar Chaudhary for 6 months and Krishna KC, the outgoing chairman of Kaski, for 3 months. The committee claims that action has been taken against the party candidate in the 2079 election for non-cooperation through social media, audio/video etc. and because the explanation was not satisfactory.

Bishnu Rai, the district chairman of Khotang, was expelled for one year in the election of 079  The issue of not voting for the candidate of the United Socialist Party has been made the main reason. While now the United Samajwadi Party is not in alliance with the Congress but in the opposition front, the Congress is in the government. Likewise, action has been taken against Radheshyam Pathak, a member of the General Committee of Navalparasi, on the basis of writing a status on Facebook. He was asked to explain why the leader's photo was kept on Facebook and unlimited status was kept.

Central member Gobind Pokharel said that the alliance made in the name of election has brought distortion within the party and the action being taken now is one-sided and biased. He expressed the belief that the action taken by the disciplinary committee will be reversed by the central working committee. "If the leadership that I allied with one party in 074 and with another party in 079 is left like this, another alliance will be formed with UML in 084," Pokhrel said, "In Nawalparasi, Vinod Chaudhary also won the election, and in Kaski, Bindu Thapa also won the election . But why the action against the state general minister of Lumbini and the former district chairman of Kaski?'

The other side of the organization has accused them of taking disciplinary action against the leading leaders and workers of their group by focusing on the upcoming 15th Congress of the party. The other party has alleged that businessman and provincial minister Bindu Thapa is taking action against businessman Vinod Chaudhary and the former chairman of the district working committee of Kaski, Krishna KC, to take action against Lumbini state general minister Khanal. Both of them came later in Congress politics .

Chaudhary is a federal MP elected from Nawalparasi-1 while Thapa is elected from Kaski-2 state region 1 . Questioning why action was taken in the name of discipline even in the elected areas, Krishna KC, the former district chairman of Kaski, questioned the party leadership and said, "The members of the discipline committee have a complaint against the party." Why was there no investigation against them? Is the future of the old cadres necessary to protect the politics of the party's new entrants?'

In the five-member disciplinary committee led by Dhungana, the decision was made on the basis of majority despite the disagreement of Sanjay Gautam and Rajeev Koirala from other parties. Dhungana, Ishwari Neupane and Dhruva Wagle, the coordinators of the founding side, supported the decision, while two of them disagreed with the decision saying that it is against the law and tradition. In the

party regulations, there is a provision that disciplinary action should be taken within 6 months. Gururaj Ghimire, a leader close to Koirala, said that action was taken against the constitution and tradition of the party by deciding the political future of old leaders and workers. He said that if the action is not withdrawn, there will be a nationwide protest.

There was a clash between leader Shekhar Koirala and central member Vinod Chaudhary even in the Central Working Committee meeting regarding the action of Lumbini State Chief Minister Khanal. In the

meeting, some said that they would appeal to the central committee against the action of the disciplinary committee, while others insisted that they should struggle without appealing.

In the 2046 public movement, once he was jailed, he came to say sorry, we will get you out of jail . At such a time, if he joined this party without apologizing, why should he appeal now to protect the politics of some apolitical people? Kaski's former chairman KC said, "Let's fight within the party." Let's not appeal.'

Youth leader Devraj Chalise expressed anger saying that Congress is becoming the party of Vinod Chaudhary and Arju Rana after the political future of old, renegade leaders and activists is over. "The action was not according to the law, nor was there tradition." When is a violation of discipline? Treating the disease or treating the symptoms?' Chalise said, 'In what situation is disciplinary action taken in the democratic party?' A search must be made . Action has been taken even on the basis of writing on Facebook, this action is biased.'

The leaders of other parties have made a strategy to increase nationwide pressure for the return by adopting the legal process against the action.
