Vice Chancellor of Tribhuvan University Prof. Dr. Deepak Aryal has been appointed.

Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has appointed Aryal as the vice chancellor among those recommended for the position of vice chancellor. The recommendation committee formed under the coordination of Minister of Education, Science and Technology Raghuji Pant recommended three names for the position of vice chancellor to the Prime Minister and Vice Chancellor Oli on June 23.

After the resignation of Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Kesharjung Baral was accepted on March 28th, Prime Minister Oli, who is also the Chancellor of the university, on March 31st, gave the responsibility of Vice-Chancellor to Principal KC for a maximum of three months until the position is filled.
