The Special Court, Kathmandu has ordered the suspended managing director of Nepal Telecom, Sangeeta Pahari, to be released on a bond of two lakh rupees.
This order was given after the statement on Tuesday in the bench of judges Tejnarayan Singh Rai, Ram Bahadur Thapa and Vidur Koirala. The Abuse of Authority Investigation Commission had filed a case in a special court against 18 people, including Managing Director Pahadi, on the charge of corruption in the 'willing system upgrade' on May 25.
