Nepal Bar Association has requested to solve the problem through negotiation without letting the situation become more complicated due to the protest program planned by Nepal Medical Association.
General Secretary of Nepal Bar Kedar Prasad Koirala issued a press release on Sunday and requested all stakeholders including Nepal Government and Nepal Medical Association to resolve the problem through dialogue. In the
statement, it is said, 'We sincerely request all stakeholders including Nepal Bar Association, Government of Nepal and Nepal Medical Association to solve the problem through dialogue without letting the situation become more complicated due to the protest program planned by Nepal Medical Association.'
The bar says that serious attention has been drawn to the matters that have come to the mass media and social networks about the cases of national importance and public concern and the decisions made by the court in other cases.
After the full text of the various judgments passed by the court is prepared, the Bar will conduct an academic study through the judgment study committee and publish its views.
