Citizen immunity has been removed from the government, Prime Minister Oli must take a vote of confidence within 30 days

The Civil Liberties Party has submitted a letter of withdrawal of the vote of confidence to the government to Speaker Devraj Ghimire. Speaker Ranjita Shrestha met the Speaker on Sunday and informed that she submitted the letter of withdrawal of the vote of confidence.

Shrestha informed that she had made an appointment to meet Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and will meet him today evening. Prime Minister Oli has gone to Humla to inaugurate the bridge. After returning from there, Shrestha said.

Minister of State for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Arun Chaudhary has withdrawn from the government. In the same way, civil immunities have also gone out from the Far West government.  Unmukti Party, which participated in the

association with a state minister, included the government of Sudurpaschim, Lumbini and Madhes provinces.

With this decision of Civil Liberation Party, not only the federal state but also the federal government has to face the problem of having to take a vote of confidence.

Article 100 subsection 2 of the constitution states that "if the party represented by the Prime Minister splits or if the party participating in the government withdraws its support, the Prime Minister shall submit a proposal to the House of Representatives for a vote of confidence within thirty days". A similar provision of the constitution is mentioned in sub-section 2 of article 188 of the constitution.
