Civil Immunity Party decided to separate from the union and state government and withdrew its support to the government. Unmukti Party, which participated in the union with a state minister, included the governments of Sudurpaschim, Lumbini and Madhes provinces.

With this decision of Civil Liberation Party, not only the federal state but also the federal government has to face the problem of taking a vote of confidence. Article 100 subsection 2 of the Constitution states that "if the party represented by the Prime Minister splits or if the party participating in the government withdraws its support, the Prime Minister shall submit a proposal to the House of Representatives for a vote of confidence within thirty days". A similar provision of the constitution in clause 2 of article 188 of the constitution  mentioned .

Arun Kumar Choudhary, a parliamentary party whip from the Unmukti Party, is the Minister of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation in the federal government. The party meeting held on Saturday under the chairmanship of the leader of the parliamentary party Gangaram Choudhary decided to separate from the federal government and withdrew the support given to the government and decided to sit in the opposition party .

'Civil Liberation Party has been supporting the ruling government until now and since it has not worked as expected from the government, the decision to recall Arun Kumar Choudhary, who is the Minister of State for Tourism, Sanskrit and Civil Aviation of the Government of Nepal and who is the Minister of State for Tourism, Sanskrit and Civil Aviation, has been unanimously passed from the government.

Unmukti Party's decision, even if there is no immediate ups and downs in the equation of the union and state governments, a vote of confidence must be taken according to the constitution.

Party President Ranjita Shrestha informed that the Minister of State will meet the Prime Minister on Sunday and submit his resignation. According to her, the party has separated from the governments of Sudurpaschim, Lumbini and Madhes provinces and their support has also been withdrawn.

The reason behind the withdrawal from the government is the dismissal of Rameshwar Chaudhary, the Minister of Industry, Tourism, Forest and Environment by South West Chief Minister Kamal Bahadur Shah. President Shrestha has said that there is no reason for her to stay in the government as she was removed from the ministry without discussing with them.

"We have participated in the government according to the ideals of representation and inclusion according to the mandate of the people, but recently there has been a serious lack of transparency and respectful behavior in the decision-making process of the government." Shrestha told Kantipur, "We have taken this decision seriously, ignoring the behavior of our representatives in the governments of Sudurpaschim, Lumbini and Madhesh provinces." She said, "The decision to leave the government is a unanimous decision of the party."
